Account activity

Pliic keeps a history of your account’s access and sessions, available on every plan. It’s a simple way to check that it was really you who logged in, from where, and on which device.

Go to Settings > Activity.

Each row shows an event related to your account, most recent first:

EventWhat it means
Login successfulYou signed in successfully
Login attempt failedSomeone tried to sign in with the wrong password
LogoutYou signed out
Session createdA new device or browser started a session
Session endedA session ended via logout
Session revokedYou manually ended a specific session
Other sessions revokedYou ended all your other sessions at once
Session ID renewedThe session was automatically renewed after a password change

Besides the event and the time, each row shows:

  • IP — the address the access came from
  • Device — browser and operating system (e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on iOS)
  • Location — the approximate country, when it can be identified from the IP. When it can’t, it shows as “Unknown”

If Pliic detects a login from an unusual location or device, you get a warning email. The message tells you the reason:

  • Different location than usual
  • Different device than usual
  • Both a different location and device at the same time

The email also shows the device used, the IP, and the time. If it wasn’t you, the alert itself recommends changing your password and reviewing your active sessions right away.

Activity records are available for 365 days and then removed automatically. See more in Privacy & data retention.

Account activity only shows access and sessions for your personal account. Actions performed inside a team, like creating an app or changing a suggestion’s status, are logged in that team’s own audit log, available on the paid plans. See Team audit log.
