Roles and permissions

Each team member has a role that defines what they can do within Pliic.

Available roles

Owner

• Full access to all features
• Can manage plan and billing
• Can delete the team
• Can transfer ownership

Admin

• Can manage apps, suggestions, and members
• Can change team settings
• Can invite new members
• Cannot manage billing or delete the team

Manager

• Can moderate suggestions (change status, categorize, reply)
• Can reply to support tickets
• Cannot change team settings or invite/manage members

Member

• Can view and manage suggestions
• Can view apps
• Cannot change team settings or invite members
