Roles and permissions
Each team member has a role that defines what they can do within Pliic.
Available roles
Section titled “Available roles”- Full access to all features
- Can manage plan and billing
- Can delete the team
- Can transfer ownership
- Can manage apps, suggestions, and members
- Can change team settings
- Can invite new members
- Cannot manage billing or delete the team
Manager
Section titled “Manager”- Can moderate suggestions (change status, categorize, reply)
- Can reply to support tickets
- Cannot change team settings or invite/manage members
Member
Section titled “Member”- Can view and manage suggestions
- Can view apps
- Cannot change team settings or invite members
