Exporting my data

Pliic gives you direct access to a copy of everything we store about your account, per the right to access under Brazil’s LGPD (art. 18, II).

  1. Go to Settings > Profile
  2. In the Your data section, click Download my data (JSON)

The file is generated and downloaded right away, in a readable text format (JSON).

  • Profile: name, email, timezone, language, account creation date, whether two-factor is enabled, and which login providers (Google, GitHub) are connected
  • Teams: the teams you’re a member of (with your role in each) and the teams you own
  • Active sessions: devices connected to your account, with IP, browser, and last activity
  • Activity history: the actions you’ve taken on Pliic, with dates
  • Notification preferences

For security, the export never includes information that grants access to your account, even in encrypted form:

  • Your password
  • Your two-factor secret and recovery codes
  • Session, API, or Google/GitHub login tokens

These stay out of the file even though other parts of your profile are included.
