Exporting my data
Pliic gives you direct access to a copy of everything we store about your account, per the right to access under Brazil’s LGPD (art. 18, II).
How to request the export
Section titled “How to request the export”- Go to Settings > Profile
- In the Your data section, click Download my data (JSON)
The file is generated and downloaded right away, in a readable text format (JSON).
What’s in the file
Section titled “What’s in the file”- Profile: name, email, timezone, language, account creation date, whether two-factor is enabled, and which login providers (Google, GitHub) are connected
- Teams: the teams you’re a member of (with your role in each) and the teams you own
- Active sessions: devices connected to your account, with IP, browser, and last activity
- Activity history: the actions you’ve taken on Pliic, with dates
- Notification preferences
What’s not in the file
Section titled “What’s not in the file”For security, the export never includes information that grants access to your account, even in encrypted form:
- Your password
- Your two-factor secret and recovery codes
- Session, API, or Google/GitHub login tokens
These stay out of the file even though other parts of your profile are included.
