Deleted account (and teams you solely own)30-day grace windowPermanently erased, no way back
Activity history (actions logged in the dashboard)365 daysRemoved automatically

The 30-day window exists so you can undo an account deletion made by mistake or after changing your mind, see how in Deleting my account. After that window, an automatic process runs every day and permanently erases account and team data past their grace window.

If you want to keep a copy of your data before deleting your account, see Exporting my data. Once the deletion is permanent, that data no longer exists and can’t be recovered.

Beyond the data on the platform, our hosting infrastructure also keeps automatic database backups, taken every day and kept for up to 30 days. When a permanent deletion happens (after the 30-day grace window), the erased data also disappears from those backups within 30 days of the purge. Data that has already been deleted is never restored from a backup. If a backup ever needs to be restored because of an infrastructure incident, your deletion is reapplied right after.
