Survey results

Every active or archived survey has a results page, available at Surveys → survey name → Results.

MetricWhat it means
Submitted responsesHow many people answered the survey through to the end
DismissalsHow many people closed the survey without answering
Completion rateSubmitted responses ÷ (submitted responses + dismissals)

The completion rate only measures people who saw the survey and decided to answer or dismiss it — it isn’t a measure of “how many people opened the widget in total,” since Pliic doesn’t track people who saw the survey and simply didn’t interact with it.

  • Single choice — distribution of responses per option, as a count and a percentage
  • Rating (1 to 5) — the average score and a histogram showing how many responses landed on each rating
  • Short text — the list of every text response received
  • Exporting results as CSV
  • Segmenting results by page, event, or user attribute
  • Native NPS scoring (a single-choice question can be used as an approximation, e.g. “On a scale of 0 to 10, would you recommend…”)
