Team audit log
The audit log shows who did what inside your team: who created, edited, or deleted apps, suggestions, tickets, members, and other resources, with date, IP, and details for each action.
This feature is available on the paid plans (Starter and Pro) and only shows up for members with the Owner or Admin role. See the roles in Roles & permissions and the plans in Plans.
How to access it
Section titled “How to access it”Go to Settings > Audit log.
If your team is on the Free plan, this tab doesn’t show up in the menu, and the URL takes you straight to the billing screen.
What gets logged
Section titled “What gets logged”Each row in the table shows an action taken in the team, with:
- Date and time of the event
- Category: which area of the team the action happened in (apps, suggestions, tickets, ticket messages, members, API keys, surveys, notes, team settings)
- Event: whether the record was created, updated, or deleted
- Description — a short summary of what happened
- Author: the name and email of whoever performed the action, or “System” when the action wasn’t triggered by a person
- App affected, when applicable
- Record: the specific item that was changed
- IP the action came from
Click the eye icon on any row to see the full technical details for that entry.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”At the top of the page, use the filters to find a specific record:
- Member — shows only actions from one team member
- Category — filters by area (apps, suggestions, tickets, etc.)
- Event — created, updated, or deleted
- IP — search for a specific address
- Period — a date range (from/to)
- Search — look up a term in the record’s description
Exporting to CSV
Section titled “Exporting to CSV”Click Export CSV to download the history as a spreadsheet. The file respects whatever filters are active at the moment you click, so you can export just the slice you’re looking at.
What doesn’t show up here
Section titled “What doesn’t show up here”The team audit log only shows actions taken inside the workspace. Login, logout, and sessions are personal account events and are logged on each user’s own activity page instead, not here. See Account activity.
How long records are kept
Section titled “How long records are kept”Audit log records are available for 365 days and then removed automatically. See more in Privacy & data retention.
