Every plan includes a public suggestion board (1 per team).
Your first 7 days
Section titled “Your first 7 days”When you create your account, your team starts on Starter for 7 days, no credit card required. That’s the free trial: during this period you get everything Starter offers, without adding a payment method.
Once the 7 days are up and you haven’t subscribed to a plan, your team automatically switches to Free. Nothing is locked and no data is lost — your team keeps working with the Free plan’s limits, and you can subscribe whenever you want.
Three days before the trial ends, and on the day it ends, the team owner gets an email about it.
You can check how many trial days are left in Team Settings > Billing.
Managing your subscription
Section titled “Managing your subscription”Go to Team Settings > Billing to see your current plan, price, next billing date, and a card with your plan usage (apps, members, suggestions this month, and active surveys).
From that page you can also:
- Payment, invoices, and cancellation, which opens the Stripe portal to update your card, download invoices, or cancel (available once you have a paid subscription)
- View plans, a button at the top of the page that opens a window with the available plans to upgrade or downgrade
Choosing or changing your plan
Section titled “Choosing or changing your plan”Clicking View plans opens a window with cards showing monthly and yearly pricing for each plan. If your team already has a paid subscription, only the Starter and Pro cards are shown; the Cancel subscription and switch to Free option appears as a link in the window’s footer. When you cancel, your team keeps existing on the Free plan with all your data preserved — no account is deleted.
