Creating your account
Sign up
Section titled “Sign up”- Go to Pliic and click Create account
- Check the box “I’ve read and accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy”. Without it, neither the email sign-up nor the Google/GitHub buttons move forward
- Choose how you want to sign up:
- With Google or GitHub, in one click
- Or by filling in your name, email, and password
- If you used email and password, confirm your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox
- Done — you’ll be redirected to the onboarding flow
If you arrived at sign up through a team invitation, the Google and GitHub options don’t show up: sign up by invitation is done with email and password only, so the invitation gets linked to the right account.
If you click “Continue with Google” or “Continue with GitHub” on the login page without having an account yet, you’re taken to the sign-up page to accept the terms before continuing.
Onboarding
Section titled “Onboarding”After confirming your email, Pliic will guide you through the first steps:
- Create your team — choose a name and a slug (friendly URL), and check the box “I accept the Terms and the DPA on behalf of this team”
- Invite members — optional, you can do this later
After onboarding, you’ll have access to your team dashboard.
Your first 7 days
Section titled “Your first 7 days”Your team starts on the Starter plan for 7 days, no credit card required. At the end of that period, if you haven’t subscribed to a plan, it switches to Free and keeps working normally, with that plan’s limits. See Plans.
If you already have an account, go to the login page, enter your email and password, and you’ll be taken to your team dashboard. You can also sign in with Google or GitHub: the button shows the provider’s name and, if it was the method you used last time, a “Last used” badge shows up next to it.
Forgot my password
Section titled “Forgot my password”On the login page, click Forgot my password. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
