Usage limits
Each plan has usage limits that define how many resources you can use per month.
Limits table
Section titled “Limits table”| Resource | Free | Starter | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|
| Apps | 1 | 3 | Unlimited |
| Members | 2 | 5 | Unlimited |
| Suggestions/month | 100 | 1,000 | Unlimited |
| Tickets/month | 50 | 500 | Unlimited |
| Active surveys | 1 | 5 | Unlimited |
What happens when you hit a limit?
Section titled “What happens when you hit a limit?”When you reach the limit of a resource:
- Apps and members — the create/invite button is disabled and a message indicates the limit has been reached
- Suggestions and tickets — new suggestions from the widget are blocked until the next month or until you upgrade
- Surveys — when you try to activate one more, Pliic tells you that you’ve reached your plan’s active survey limit and doesn’t apply the change; already-active surveys keep working until you archive one to free up a slot, or upgrade
Suggestion and ticket counters reset at the beginning of each month.
What happens when you downgrade
Section titled “What happens when you downgrade”When you switch to a smaller plan, active surveys beyond the new plan’s limit go back to Draft automatically — the oldest ones, up to the plan’s limit, stay active and keep showing in the widget.
They aren’t archived: they keep all their content and the results already collected, and you can activate them again once you free up a slot or upgrade.
Tracking your usage
Section titled “Tracking your usage”On Team Settings > Billing, the Plan usage card is collapsed by default. Click it to expand and see a progress bar for each resource in your plan. Once any resource passes 80% of its limit, an amber warning appears right on the card, even while collapsed, and that resource’s bar also turns amber when expanded.
How to resolve
Section titled “How to resolve”- Upgrade your plan in Team Settings > Billing > View plans
- Wait for the next monthly cycle for counters to reset
